Historic WWII aircraft coming to Dexter

Ten Stearman biplanes will arrive at the Dexter Airport Saturday morning, Sept 5, at 8 a.m. and will be parked on the ramp in front of the Airways cafe. These are historically significant aircraft training U.S. Navy and Army Air Corps pilots in WW2 to prepare them to fly the fighters and bombers of the day. Stoddard County surpasses 300 confirmed cases of COVID-19

Ben Godwin, Director of the Stoddard County Health Center, has confirmed three new cases of COVID-19 along with four recoveries. Stoddard County now has moved to 302 confirmed cases of COVID-19 with 51 active, 241 recoveries and 10 deaths. Broken down by age group the cases are 0 to 19 32 cases, 20 to 29 53 cases, 30 to 39 34 cases, 40 to 49 42 cases, 50 to 59 45 cases, 60 to 69 35 cases, 70 to 79 29 cases and 80-plus 32 cases. ...
