Paul Edward Haubold, Jr., son of Bengelene Brewer Haubold and the late Paul Edward Haubold, Sr., was born in Cape Girardeau, Mo., on Nov. 13, 1950, and died at the Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Mo., on Sept. 23, 2015, at the age of 64. Paul Haubold, one time Chief of Police for the City of Dexter, has died at the age of 64. Haubold died at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis of heart-related problems.
