Paul Haubold, one time Chief of Police for the City of Dexter, has died at the age of 64. Haubold died at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis of heart-related problems. Paul Haubold served as chief of the local department from 2002 until he retired in November 2010. He was hired as a patrolman for Dexter Police on Aug. 1, 1988...
