Helen Fay Shipman, daughter of the late Frank Ambraus and Ora Bea Morris Stoker, was born in Dexter, Missouri on September 14, 1920, and passed away at the Crowley Ridge Care Center in Dexter, Missouri on September 18, 2015, at the age of 95. Mrs. Shipman had lived in Dexter all of her life. She was a member of the First General Baptist Church in Dexter and had worked as a nurses aid at the Dexter Hospital for many years.
