Teddy J. Cook, 75, of Fot Dodge, Iowa, died Thursday, July 17, 2014, at Trinity Regional Medical Center. Teddy Joe Cook was born on July 13, 1939, in Dexter, Mo., he was raised and educated in Dexter graduating from Dexter High School in 1958.
