Four-year-old Kati Carrillo, daughter of Bobby and Christi Carrillo, was among the royalty taking part in Tuesday's 84th Annual Stoddard County Fair Parade in downtown Dexter. The parade kicked off the opening of the midway at 6 p.m. The official attendance count for Tuesday night at the fair was 2,183.
