PHOTO COLLECTION Statesman hosts reading hour
The Keller Public Library hosted a children's story hour featuring "The Lonely Troll," with illustrations by Dexter Statesman Assistant Editor Samantha Tucker. Upcoming sessions include Valentine's crafts and a Dental Health Month theme.

Children’s story Tuesday at Keller Public Library featured the book “The Lonely Troll,” illustrated by Dexter Statesman Assistant Editor Samantha Tucker.
Children’s Librarian Camie Richard read the book to the children and Tucker talked about drawing the artwork. Richard organized crafts for the children, including making their own trolls.
Story hour will be hosted at 10:15 a.m. Feb. 11 by Parents As Teachers. Alexis Stafford will read "Happy Valentine's Day, Mouse!" Valentine's activities are planned.
There will be no story hour Feb. 18.
Story hour will begin at 10:15 a.m. Feb. 25. Yvonne Ivinson will ready "Three Important Jobs," in honor of Dental Health Month.
