Dexter, Greenville veterans to be honored

The John J. Pershing VA Medical Center will host a Wall of Valor induction ceremony at 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 10, at the Cape Girardeau VA Health Care Center, 711 S. Mount Auburn Rd. Local media representatives are invited to attend.

Four Army veterans and one Navy veteran from the Park Hills, Jackson, Perryville, Greenville and Dexter communities in Southeast Missouri will be recognized for their heroic actions during the ceremony, according to a press release from the VA. Following the program, they will be featured permanently on the facility’s electronic Wall of Valor.
