Joyce Dowdy, daughter of the late John Pullum and Ellen Purcell Pullum, was born March 6, 1949, in Dexter, Missouri, and departed this life June 21, 2024, in Sikeston, Missouri, at the age of 75.

Funeral services were conducted at Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter Tuesday, June 25, 2024. Interment followed in Hagy Cemetery, in Dexter, Missouri.
