Meca Powell, daughter of the late Henry Powell Sr. and Elaine Sawyer Scowden, was born on October 1, 1976, in Sikeston, Missouri and departed this life on April 10, 2023, in St. Louis, Missouri, at the age of 46.
A celebration of life service will be planned at a later date.
