Janie Mouser, daughter of the late Eugene and Mamie McWaters Gisi was born on July 19, 1948, in Charter Oak, Missouri, and departed this life on February 22, 2023, in St. Louis, Missouri at the age of 74.
Graveside services were conducted at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield on Monday, February 27, 2023.
