Cinda Belle Temples, daughter of the late Dallas George Miller and Rebecca Conover Miller, was born on December 3, 1930, in Gideon, Missouri and departed this life on January 8, 2023, at Cypress Point Skilled Nursing in Dexter, Missouri, at the age of 92 years.

Cinda Belle Temples, daughter of the late Dallas George Miller and Rebecca Conover Miller, was born on December 3, 1930, in Gideon, Missouri and departed this life on January 8, 2023, at Cypress Point Skilled Nursing in Dexter, Missouri, at the age of 92 years.

Mrs. Temples was a homemaker and a resident of Dexter. She was a devout Christian, a member of First Baptist Church in Dexter and a member of the Stoddard County ARC. She loved reading, cooking, traveling and her bridge club friends.

On October 8, 1949, she was united in marriage to Alvin “Jim” Temples Sr. Mr. Temples preceded her in death on July 3, 1985.

She is survived by her daughter, Becky Kyle of Dexter, Missouri; by three grandchildren, Wendy Temples-Steinbecker of St. Louis, Missouri; Nathan Lee Temples and wife Linda of Mountain Home, Arkansas, and Mika Rae Kitrel of Paducah, Kentucky; by seven great-grandchildren, Kilie Rae Pyle, Zander Michael Torres, Mila Rae Torres, John Bode Steinbecker, Bahn Miller Steinbecker, Benjamin Nathaniel Temples, and Lily Moriah Temples; and by many nieces and nephews.

Other than by her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her son Alvin Lee Temples, Jr.; by her daughter, Deborah Lynn Temples; by three brothers, Isaac William Miller, Warren G. Miller, and Harold E. Miller; and by her sister, Georgia Lee Singletary.

Visitation will be held at Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Saturday, January 21, 2023, from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Funeral services will then be conducted in the Mathis Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, January 21, 2023, at 2:00 p.m.
