Phillip Lloyd Short, son of the late Odes Short and Mildred Luermann Short, was born on April 23, 1932, in Success, Arkansas, and departed this life on February 11, 2022, in Paragould, Arkansas, at the age of 89.
Funeral services were conducted at Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Tuesday, February 15, 2022. Interment followed in the Dexter Cemetery.
