Gloria Blough, daughter of the late Cecil Sipes and Ella Brasfield Sipes, was born on November 15, 1936, in Holland, Arkansas, and departed this life on January 7, 2022, in Dexter, Missouri, at the age of 85 years.
Graveside services will be conducted at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at 2:00 p.m.
