Ben Godwin, the director of the Stoddard County Health Center confirmed 26 new COVID-19 cases. Godwin said the death was not related to the nursing home outbreak.
Additionally 26 recoveries were confirmed by Godwin. The county now sits at 1,230 confirmed cases of COVID-19 with 183 active, 1,021 recoveries and 26 deaths.
Broken down by age group the cases are 0 to 19 – 140, 20 to 29 – 181 cases, 30 to 39 – 158 cases, 40 to 49 – 195 cases, 50 to 59 – 165 cases, 60 to 69 – 156 cases, 70 to 79 – 127 cases and 80-plus – 108 cases. Broken down by gender the county has confirmed 511 cases in males and 719 cases in females.
