Travis Allen Carter, son of J.R. Carter and Rhonda Allen Carter, was born on May 30, 1986 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri and departed this life on February 11, 2020 at his residence in Dexter, Missouri at the age of 33 years.
Funeral services were conducted at Mathis Funeral Home on Friday, February 14, 2020. Interment followed in the Bernie Cemetery.
