Jessey Silvanus Vemula and Brittany Lynn Vemula, are the parents of a daughter born at 6:18 p.m. July 31, 2019, at Saint Francis Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Rachel Elizabeth Vemula, the couple’s second child, weighed 10 pounds, 4 ounces and was 21 inches tall. Maternal grandparents are Lyndel and Elizabeth Revelle of Bloomfield, Mo. Paternal grandparents are Sheeba Vemula of Siddipet, India and the late Charles Vemula.
