• Justin A. David, 26, of Puxico was arrested at 8 p.m. Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving involving an accident and no seat belt. He was booked at the Stoddard County Jail and released.
• Deanna L. Boyer, 37, of Dexter was arrested at 3:30 p.m. Thursday on a Butler County warrant for possession of a controlled substance. She was booked at the Wayne County Jail.
• Two area residents were injured in a all-terrain-vehicle crash at 3:30 p.m. Thursday on County Road 448, three miles north of Sikeston.
According to the report, James M. Seabaugh, 4, of Dexter was operating a 2005 Honda four wheeler northbound when it struck a chain-link fence.
The child and his passenger, John F. Seabaugh, 75, of Sikeston, were ejected.
James Seabaugh suffered minor injuries and was taken by private vehicle to Missouri Delta Medical Center at Sikeston for treatment.
The elder Seabaugh suffered moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to Saint Francis Medical Center at Cape Girardeau for treatment.
• A 50-year-old Bloomfield man was injured in a two-vehicle crash at 8:55 a.m. Wednesday on Highway 25, about a half mile south of Aquilla.
According to the report, Harve D. Stroup was operating a southbound 2005 Dodge Neon that was stopped to make a left-hand turn and was struck in the rear by a 2003 Ford Taurus being operated by Barbara J. Cato, 64, of Cape Girardeau.
Stroup suffered minor injuries and was taken by ambulance to SoutheastHEALTH of Stoddard County at Dexter for treatment.
