Tamitha Melola Shepherd, 42, of Puxico, passed away May 26, 2019 at her home. She was born August 18, 1976 in Chaffee, Mo., the daughter of Gary George and Beverlee Ann Loughary Shepherd.
Tamitha enjoyed eating and watching television. She also liked riding in what she called “her Mom’s cop car”. She loved cows, her Mom and all of her family.
She was raised by her sister and her brother-in-law, Melody and John Verble of the home. Tamitha called them “Mom and Papa”. Other survivors include: two brothers, Johnny Verble of Puxico and Dustin Beeghly of Bloomfield; three sisters, Victoria Boening of Bloomfield, Crystal Sanderson of Essex and Tammara Sertl of Puxico; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Paul Shepherd.
Visitation will be held on Sunday June 2, 2019 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. with James Robinson officiating.
