Phillip S. Hendrix, was born on March 20, 1949 in St. Louis, Missouri and departed this life on January 21, 2019 at his residence in Dexter, Missouri at the age of 69 years.
A celebration of life was held at Robbie D’s on Saturday, January 26, 2019.
Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter was in charge of all arrangements.
