Franklin LeMay, son of the late John LeMay and Leslie Gray LeMay, was born on Sept. 10, 1933, in Bellgreen, Ala. and died on Nov. 7, 2015, at the Crowley Ridge Care Center in Dexter at the age of 82. Franklin LeMay, son of the late John LeMay and Leslie Gray LeMay, was born on Sept. 10, 1933, in Bellgreen, Ala. and died on Nov. 7, 2015, at the Crowley Ridge Care Center in Dexter at the age of 82.

Mr. LeMay was a veteran of the United States Marines and served during the Korean War. He worked in commercial construction and was a resident of Dexter.

On April 4, 1955, he was united in marriage to Mary Stults in Iuka, Miss. Mrs. LeMay survives of their home in Dexter.

Besides his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Kim Moore of Neelyville; by one brother, Talmage LeMay of Red Bay, Ala.; by one sister, Wanda Blackwell of Tennessee and by one grandson, Eric LeMay.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Joel LeMay; by one daughter, Cathy Ogelvie; and by one brother, J.O. LeMay.

Funeral services were conducted at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter.
