State of Missouri Endangered Person Advisory CANCELLED

The Scott County Sheriff's Office has issued an Endangered Person Advisory

for a missing person incident that occurred at Behavioral Health Group,

Poplar Bluff, MO at an unknown time on 04/29/2015.

Missing Is:

Richard David Upchurch a white, male, age 50

The endangered missing person:

Richard David Upchurch, is a white, male, age 50, height 5 feet 9 inches,

190 pounds, brown hair, blue eyes, fair complexion, with a scar on his

abdomen, wearing unknown clothing.

Brief circumstances regarding the Endangered Missing Person incident:

Upchurch was last seen getting into a taxi at the Behavioral Health group

in Poplar Bluff, MO on 042915 and has not been heard from since. Foul play

is suspected. Upchurch is known to abuse drugs and has a heart condition.

Anyone seeing the missing person, suspect, associate, or vehicle, or anyone

having any information related to the endangered missing person should

immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call
