Maggie Marie Eaves, daughter of the late Egbert James and Maggie Florence Middleton Ussery, was born in Owensville, Mo., on July 13, 1940, and died on March 6, 2015, at the Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, at the age of 74. She had been raised in Mountain Grove, Mo., and has lived in Sikeston for many years where she had worked as a bus driver for the Sikeston Public Schools. Maggie Marie Eaves, daughter of the late Egbert James and Maggie Florence Middleton Ussery, was born in Owensville, Mo., on July 13, 1940, and died on March 6, 2015, at the Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, at the age of 74.

She had been raised in Mountain Grove, Mo., and has lived in Sikeston for many years where she had worked as a bus driver for the Sikeston Public Schools. She was a member of the Old Bethel Baptist Church.

In December of 1987 she was married to Darrell Eaves in Sikeston.

Surviving are her husband, Darrell Eaves of Sikeston; three daughters, Deannie Pattillo of Morley, Leah Hoskins of Sikeston and Geannie Mitchell of Mountian Grove; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one brother, Jerry Ussery of Pleasant Hill, Mo., and one sister, Carolyn Ballard of Belton, Mo. Other relatives and friends also survive.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Junior Ussery.

Visitation will be held Sunday, March 8, 2015, from 11a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter. Funeral services will be held Sunday, March 8, 2015, at 2 p.m. in the Watkins and Sons Chapel with Rev. Randy Conn of Morehouse officiating. Interment will be in the Hagy Cemetery in Dexter.
