Dexter firefighters were kept busy Wednesday. After responding to a mobile home fire in the morning, they were summoned to 305 S. Sassafras St. around 3:15 p.m. when smoke was seen coming from the roof of the home. No one was in the residence at the time of the fire. Fire Chief Don Seymore reported that the fire was electrical and started in the attic of the house. The home sustained significant smoke damage and fire damage to one of the bedroom ceilings...
