Selling trash bags for a worthy cause

Students at Southwest Elementary are selling colored durable trash bags as their annual PTO fundraiser. Friday, Sept. 26 will be the final day for the sales. Money raised will come back to both Southwest and Central Elementary students, along with T.S. Hill Middle School students. The bags range in size, color and strength from 16 bags per roll to 25 and all sell for $10. With Principal Bethany Deal are Sarah Granger, Kiley Woods, and Lord Frye. The fundraiser ends Friday, Sept. 26. Anyone interested in purchasing the bags is asked to contact Kristi Wallingford at 820-2777 or Kristi Booker at 820-6692.
