Ronald D. Cooper

Ronald D. Cooper, son of Travis Cooper and Clara McFarlin Cooper of Bernie, was born on April 27, 1960, in Poplar Bluff and died on Sept. 10, 2014, at Mulberry Manor in Dexter at the age of 54.

Mr. Cooper had worked as a compliance officer for First Midwest Bank in Dexter and was a resident of Dexter.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by one brother, Randall Cooper and wife Patsy of Bernie; one sister, Sherry Barnes and husband Darryl of Bernie; and two nephews, Christopher Barnes and Travis Cooper, both of Bernie.

Visitation will be at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Saturday, Sept.13, 2014, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Funeral services will follow in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel at 2 p.m. with Rev. Michael Burk officiating. Interment will follow in the Bernie Cemetery.
