Patton-Patton Junction Livestock Auction: Feeder Cattle and Cow auction for 7/14/2014

   Compared to last week, 500 lbs steers and the 600 lbs offering sold 20.00 
higher, the rest of the offering sold steady to 13.00 higher.  Slaughter cow 
sold 2.00 higher, bulls sold 2.00 lower; Demand good and supply light.  Cows 
made up approximately 9 percent of the run, 91 percent feeders.  Steers made 
up approximately 37 percent of the offering, 38 percent heifers with 23 percent 
feeder bulls.  Offerings over 600 lbs totaled around 22 percent.
