Josh "the Hulk" Faries competed in Branson in the Shofight Boiling Point MMA matches Jan. 18.

He fought Brawl Heavyweight Champion Brandon "Mongo" Huckaby in a title match and won in the first round by verbal tapout. During the fight Josh severely dislocated his finger, reset it himself and continuted the fight.

Faries now holds the Shofight Super Heavyweight Championship, Shofight Heavyweight Championship, Cage of Honor East Heavyweight Championship and Brawl Heavyweight Championship.

Faries has been with Dark Horse MMA since its beginning in 2012 and trains there with the team at Fitness Connection in Dexter.

The team will be competing in Cape Girardeau Feb. 8 at the Isle Casino at the Cage of Honor 59 MMA matches.
