V. Irene Daniel Lizenbee, daughter of Leonard and Hazel Moore Daniel of Puxico, was born Jan. 11, 1947 at Advance and died Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2014, at her home in Puxico. V. Irene Daniel Lizenbee, daughter of Leonard and Hazel Moore Daniel of Puxico, was born Jan. 11, 1947 at Advance and died Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2014, at her home in Puxico.

Irene had been a supervisor for the U.S. Bureau of Census for 34 years. She loved to camp, fish and spend time with her family.

Loving survivors include two daughters, Felicia (Chuck) Powers of Dexter and Danielle (John) Farrow of Gordonville; one sister, Mary Lou Johnson of Painton; four grandchildren, Lauren Powers, Caroline Powers, Coby Powers and Tristan Farrow.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Denzel Daniel; and two sisters, Jean Estes and Brenda Fogarty.

Visitation will be held on Friday, Jan. 24, 2014, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Morgan Funeral Home in Advance.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Jan. 25, 2014, at 11 a.m. at the Morgan Funeral chapel with Rev. Brad Moore officiating and Rev. Greg McGee assisting.

Interment will follow at Morgan Memorial Park in Advance. Morgan Funeral Home of Advance is in charge of all arrangements.
