ESSEX, Mo. - The Bloomfield Wildcats improved to 2-2 in regular season SCAA Conference play Thursday night with a 69-33 win against the Richland Rebels.
The game was originally scheduled for Dec. 13, but was postponed because of snow.
Bloomfield (5-7) outscored Richland in every quarter.
Bloomfield standout center Noah Vandiver once again led his team in scoring with 26 points. Nathan Newell and Tim Fox both scored 10 points for the Wildcats.
Adam Lane paced Richland with 10 points. Skyler Harper tallied nine points and Josh Thornton added eight more for the Rebels.
Richland remains in search of its first regular season conference victory Friday when it hosts Advance.
Bloomfield visits Malden Friday in a non-conference showdown.

ADVANCE, Mo. - The Advance Hornets varsity boys basketball team fell behind 24-14 after one quarter, but made up all the deficit before halftime and won the second half by 11 points on its way to a 69-58 win against the Scott City Rams Thursday night.
Lane Below tallied 37 points for Hornets. He hit six of the Hornets' nine 3-pointers.
Austin Miller added 11 more for Advance. Eli Seger scored nine and Dalton Wilson tallied eight.
Trent Pobst led Scott City with 18 points. Dylan Keller tallied 16 points and Isiah Berry added 13 more for Scott City.
Scott City beat Advance 55-54 in the junior varsity contest.
Advance visits Richland Friday night.
