WAYNE COUNTY -- A Puxico man, 35-year-old Benjamin K Hill, was placed under arrest in Wayne County Monday night and faces several drug-related and traffic charges..
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Hill was arrested on warrants for felony possession of a controlled substance (two counts - prescription medication), endangering the welfare of a child, driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, driving without a valid operator's license, and for not wearing a seat belt while operating a motor vehicle.
Hill was transported to the Wayne County on a 24-hour hold.
The arrest took place at 10:10 p.m.
