Nadine Carson

Nadine Carson, daughter of the late Richard D. Glass and Gladys Naney Glass Tucker, was born in Bernie, Mo. on Nov. 11, 1924, and died at her residence in Bernie on June 13, 2013, at the age of 88.

Mrs. Carson was a homemaker and a member of Corner Gospel Church of Bernie.

She was united in marriage to Eugene R. "Pete" Carson in Piggott, Ark., on Aug. 25, 1940. Mr. Carson preceded his wife in death on April 28, 2009.

Survivors include one son, Junior Carson of Sarasota, Fla.; two daughters, Jean Carson Moroni of Advance and Penny Carson Dawson of Bernie; 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; also other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will take place at the Rainey~Mathis Funeral Home in Bernie on Monday, June 17, 2013, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Memorial services will be held in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel with Rev. Don Wells, Rev. Ricky Roberts, and Rev. Dean Williams officiating. Interment will follow in the Bernie Cemetery.
