DEXTER, Mo. - The success continued for the Dexter girls tennis program Thursday afternoon as they won all 14 matches against Caruthersville.
Dexter beat Caruthersville 9-0 in varsity contest and won the junior varsity match 5-0.
In varsity action Dexter's MaKayla Waldner beat Caruthersville's Hannah Bishop 8-0 in the No. 1 singles match, Dexter's Mary Miller beat Caruthersville's Katelyn Akins 8-6 in the No. 2 singles match, Dexter's Macy Urhahn beat Caruthersville's Alexa Hays 8-0 in the No. 3 singles match, Dexter's Alexis May beat Caruthersville's Samantha Faulkner 8-4 in the No. 4 singles match, Dexter's Kalee Howard beat Caruthersville's Abigail Tarpley 8-4 in the No. 5 singles match and Dexter's Destiny Robertson beat Caruthersville's Claire Young 8-1 in the No. 6 singles match.
In varsity doubles action Waldner-Urhahn beat Bishop-Akins 8-4, Miller-May beat Hays-Faulkner 8-4 and Howard-Robertson beat Tarpley-Young 8-2.
In junior varsity action Dexter's Nicole Sells beat Caruthersville's Caroline Hicks 6-1, Dexter's Reagan Miller beat Caruthersville's Gracie Martin 6-0, Sells-Miller beat Hicks-Martin 6-0, Dexter's Rachel Singh-Brittany Gibson beat Caruthersville's Katlyn Riggs-Kristen Akins 6-0, and Dexter's Jessica Ladd-Kirsten Teffertiller beat Caruthersville's Macey Hall-Mary Tillman 6-0.
Dexter (8-2) hosts Kennett Monday.

BELL CITY, Mo. - The Dexter varsity volleyball team's winning steak reached a dozen Thursday night when it beat Bell City 25-12, 25-7.
Provided team stats had Dexter with seven aces, 18 kills, one block, 13 assists and seven digs.
Shyann Jines had six kills, Jessica Lindsey had four kills and Krysten Garrison had five kills.
Ashlyn Werneck had two aces, Julia Hahn had six assists and two digs and Brittany Brown had two digs.
There was no junior varsity contest.
Dexter (18-2-1) will try to finish SCAA regular season play perfect for a second straight season Monday when it visits Advance. Bell City is slated to visit Leopold Friday.
