DEXTER — Dexter Police are currently investigating a rash of vehicle break-ins they believe are also tied to two different reported stolen vehicles. Officers with the Dexter Police Department responded at 4:08 a.m. Saturday, March 23, to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 700 block of West Elk Street, according to officers. Dexter R-XI voters have three candidates to choose from in the Tuesday election, which will fill two seats on the Board of Education.

Four candidates are running for two seats on the Bloomfield R-XIV Board of Education, which will be decided Tuesday. The candidates are Justin Bell, Randall McCollom, Brad Warner and Darin Davis. Candidates were asked the same set of questions and their answers appear in ballot order. No responses were received by the press deadline from Bell or McCollom.
