Dexter board of aldermen pass two ordinances at special meeting

The Dexter Board of Aldermen held a special meeting Wednesday at Dexter City Hall. Two ordinances were passed at the meeting. The first was a lease agreement with Ameren Missouri, who is replacing gas lines on the east side of Dexter (Cotton Belt). Ameren will put a regulator station in place on a 200 feet by 200 foot piece of property. This will be a 50 year lease with an option to renew. The station will be located just off Highway 114 in front of the Omega Building near Fairground Road...
