Elks Students of the Month

The Dexter Elks have named the students of the month for September through December. The students will be honored at a banquet in the spring along with their school counselors. At the banquet the Students of the Year will be named.

An Advance woman was injured in a single vehicle accident on Route O three miles east of Advance. According to the Missouri Highway Patrol Anita A. Lee, 75 of Advance, was westbound in a 2002 Lincoln Towncar when she lost control of the vehicle, ran off the right side of the roadway and struck a tree. Lee received minor injuries and was transported by ambulance to Saint Francis Medical Center for treatment...
