CHARLESTON, Mo. — A Wyatt man has been arrested for allegedly having sex with a minor. According to Mississippi County Sheriff Britton Ferrell, Dusty Siars, 37, was arrested Nov. 16, by deputies. Information gathered by deputies says Siars moved into a residence a few weeks prior to the incident. The mother of the victim returned home from work and assumed everybody had gone to bed for the evening. When the mother opened the bedroom door, she saw Siars engaged in a sexual act with the minor...

The Dexter Fire Department responded to a truck fire on the east bound side of Highway 60 Wednesday afternoon. Dexter Fire Chief Don Seymore said there were no injuries, however the vehicle was a total loss.
