Benny Joe Kasinger, 79, of Pekin, passed away at 3:52 p.m. January 5, 2021 at UnityPoint Health – Methodist in Peoria.  He was a native of Dexter. Born July 1, 1941 in Memphis, Tennessee, he was the son of Leonard Edward and Lena Mirl (Shrum) Kasinger.  He married Margaret Earline Bradford on November 17, 1963 in Desoto, Missouri.  She died November 8, 2012 in Pekin.  He also was preceded in death by his parents and his biological father, Edward Eugene Casinger, who died in the attacks on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941.. ...
