Director of the Stoddard County Health Center, Ben Godwin, confirmed a COVID-19 outbreak at a Puxico area long term nursing facility. “A situation arose unexpectedly last week resulting in facility wide testing performed over the weekend,” said Godwin in a social media release. “Once we have a single positive test in a nursing home or assisted living center, facility wide testing is mandatory per the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services.”...
