Earl James Scroggins, son of the late Earl A. Scroggins and Alice Hopcus Scroggins, was born on December 17, 1939 in Paris, Arkansas and departed this life on July 25, 2019 at his residence near Dexter at the age of 79 years. Mr. Scroggins was a veteran of the United States Army. He was a former tool machinist for Arvin Automotive, for 19 years and for 19 years at Hyster in Peoria, Illinois.
