Loree Ann Brown, the daughter of Carolyn Yoder Shomaker and the late Albert Shomaker, Sr., was born in Alton, Mo., on May 23, 1966, and died at her home in Dexter on June 29, 2015, at the age of 49. Mrs. Brown had lived in Urbana and Winona, Mo., before moving to Dexter 10 years ago. She had worked as a server at the Elderland Restaurant in Bloomfield. She enjoyed camping and loved her family. She and her late husband, Michael, enjoyed buying and selling things they collected together...

Naman Caldwell, son of the late Overton Alexander and Orpha L. Caldwell was born in Stoddard County on Nov. 7, 1919, and died at the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center on June 27, 2015, at the age of 95. Mr. Caldwell had been a bus driver for the Puxico School District and attended the Egypt Church near Puxico.
