Bloomfield to offer health insurance to bus drivers

BLOOMFIELD, Mo. -- The Bloomfield School Board voted in regular session Monday night to offer the district health insurance plan to bus drivers. The board followed a recommendation by District Superintendent Toni Hill. Hill said the Affordable Health Care Act required that the district set up certain procedures, and the result of that was that the district may be required to offer health insurance to some classified and non-classified personnel that are not currently on the district health insurance plan. ...
