BLOOMFIELD, Mo. -- A warrant was issued late last week for the arrest of a former Dexter, Mo., pastor accused of stealing more than $112,000 from his church. Bobby Lee Lentz, was born Dec. 31, 1944, in Cleveland, Ark., to Bob E. Lentz and Sarah L. (Bryant) Lentz, and died at his home in Blue Eye, Mo., on Aug. 31, 2014, at the age of 69. After his school years, he enlisted into the United States Army where he served in Vietnam. Melvin E. "Gene" Stegall, son of the late Benjamin Stegall and Elizabeth Hancock Stegall, was born on Feb. 6, 1926, in Gideon, Mo., and died on Sept. 1, 2014, at the Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau at the age of 88. Mr. Stegall was affiliated with the First Baptist Church of Dexter, had worked in construction for Rockford Blacktop in Rockford, Ill., was a resident of Dexter and a veteran of the United States Army...

Barbara "Barbie" Finch, of Bloomfield, daughter of Wanda Kem Standridge and the late Charles Edward Standridge, was born at the Missouri Delta Hospital in Sikeston, on Sept. 1, 1971, and died at her home in Bloomfield, on Sept. 2, 2014, at the age of 43...
