Charles Wayne Hamaker, Jr., son of Charles Wayne Hamaker, Sr. and Estelle Mae Mitchell Barks, was born in Dexter, Mo., on Aug. 11, 1977, and died at his home in Dexter on Sept. 30, 2013, at the age of 36.
