Stoddard County 911 Services Administrator Carol Moreland told the board of directors she was looking into the cost of buying wireless headsets for the 911 dispatchers, but was unable to get an exact cost before the meeting on Thursday evening. The Dexter Fire Chief is urging individuals with plans of shooting fireworks as part of their Independence Day celebration to use caution and obey the laws.
