By MIKE MCCOY Statesman Staff Writer BERNIE, Mo. - The Bernie Board of Aldermen voted to award a contract to Asa Asphalt, Inc. for repaving of streets within the city at their regular meeting Monday night, at a cost of $80 per ton for a total cost of $59,120.
