Frances Doylene "Dodie" Rathke, age 76, passed peacefully into the hands of our Lord on Jan, 28, 2012, surrounded by her loving family at her home. Dodie was born on Oct. 3, 1935, in rural Essex, Mo., to Doyle Fowler and Fern Frailey Fowler.
