BLOOMFIELD, Mo. - Rick Huffman, system manager of Public Water Supply District #4, and district employees have been busy repairing breaks in the water lines in recent weeks. Crews were busy Thursday repairing another leak in a main line along County Road 442. Voters in the district passed a bond issue last year to issue up to $2.6 million in bonds.
