BLOOMFIELD, Mo. - The Stoddard County Commission opened three bids from insurance companies to provide health insurance for county officials and employees at their meeting Monday. The three companies that submitted bids were Young Insurance in Bernie, Mitchell Insurance in Dexter and New York Life in Dexter.
