Willie Earl Vieth, 97, of Bernie, Mo. died Saturday, Sept. 24, 2011 at Golden Living Center in Malden, Mo. Mr. Vieth was born Jan. 25, 1914 in St. Louis, Mo. He moved to the Bernie area in 1925 and resided there all of his life. He was a farmer and was a member of White Oak Grove General Baptist Church, where he served as a deacon since Sept. 1, 1950. He presently was an honorary deacon. Mr. Vieth had formerly served in the National Guard and had served on the Bernie School Board...
