Katelan Marrie Hovis and Dustin Ray Hovis of Bloomfield are the parents of a daughter born at 6:21 p.m. Friday, Dec. 13, 2024 at Saint Francis Family Healthcare in Cape Girardeau.
They selected the name Rosalie Kathleen Hovis for their 8-pound 4-ounce daughter, who was 20 1/2 inches long.
Grandparents are Sonny and Cassie Polley of Advance, Tuesday and Kevin Cooper of Leachville, Arkansas, Roy Hovis and Martha Franklin of Bloomfield and Melinda and Jody Stevens of Dexter.
